This course was built by Katelynn Chase with the help and input of her husband, Dr. Austin Chase. It is a course that was designed to help introduce the fundamentals for living a holistic lifestyle. It leads participants through key science and application in 6 vital areas: movement, nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, spirituality, and social connections. Mastering the basics in these areas helps a cultivate a life where participants can thrive, not simply exist. Even if you think you have these areas mastered, there will be something for you in this course. Living a holistic lifestyle is truly liberating and the goal with this course is to help participants discover the absolute magic of holistic living.
