Reactive vs. proactive

When it comes to caring for our health, there are two approaches we can take. The first is a reactive approach. This is when we go to the doctor when we are sick or in pain. It's a reaction to our symptoms. The other approach is proactive. This is when we take the steps to care for our health before problems arise.

At SHH we recognize that both approaches to health are needed. There are times we need to "react" to symptoms we are experiencing and get proper help to address them. But we also believe firmly in doing all we can to be proactive in our health, taking care of ourselves the best we can so that we can live a life that thrives.

Our Goal

When you come to us and entrust us with your health, our goal is to get to the root cause of whatever symptoms you are experiencing and help you find correction to the fullest extent possible. Then we want to equip you with the tools and knowledge necessary to help you move forward maintaining a level of health that will allow you to thrive and enjoy the most abundant life and health possible.

Our Tools

We want to provide as many tools as possible to help you achieve maximum health potential. The core of our health philosophy is principled chiropractic care. Helping your spine and nervous system function optimally will allow every other system of your body to function at it's best. Outside chiropractic, we also offer addictionology services, music therapy, spinal decompression, and will be adding more services as we grow and expand.
